• Lab recommendations  (bloodwork, salivary hormone panel, comprehensive stool analysis)*

This option includes the 6-week Warrior Wellness starter program to start on Dr. Rook's nutritional, supplement, & lifestyle recommendations while you wait for lab results & follow up visit.

*Doctor's lab recommendations will vary depending on case. Insured clients will pay their typical lab co-pay to the lab with no additional co-pay through our office. Uninsured clients may qualify for a reduced rate bloodwork requisition. Stool and saliva panels are an additional out of pocket cost for test kits, see here for more info.
