Juli Gramo
Hello friend! I am Juli Gramo, a trauma informed Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT),
Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500), Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), and Death Doula.
I received my education through The Wellness Institute of Chester County, YogaLife
Institute, and Village Deathcare. I also work as an assistant to an Advanced Rolf
practitioner and volunteer for hospice.
I acknowledge there are many different paths to healing and approach each client’s journey
with curiosity and openness. I provide an integrative approach to help clients align to their
authentic self during any point of their wellness journey. I am a skilled listener and love to
provide a safe space for clients to relax physically and mentally for optimal care. Healing is
not linear; it’s a practice and I am here to support you.
Health encompasses so much more than just physical well-being. Whether your goals are
lowering anxiety and stress, reducing pain, or improving posture and mobility, we will
discuss your needs and develop a care plan suited towards your body and lifestyle. Sessions
can build off one another in progressive series as the body adapts and changes. The aim is
to help clients move beyond a state of dis-ease and explore ways to enhance vitality.
